Whistleblowing
At RaySearch, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. To support this, we provide an independent whistleblowing channel where employees and external stakeholders can report suspected misconduct.
The whistleblowing channel is operated in partnership with Lantero, an external and secure provider. Using this channel, you can submit a report:
- Anonymously or with your name attached, at your choice
- Confidentially, with all information handled securely
- Without fear of retaliation, in accordance with applicable whistleblower-protection laws
Reports may concern, for example:
- Serious irregularities that could harm employees, customers, the company, or the public
- Breaches of laws, regulations, or internal policies
- Ethical concerns that should be brought to the company’s attention
How to report

Once submitted, your report will be received by designated case managers outside the operational line, and if necessary escalated to independent reviewers.
Confidentiality
All reports are encrypted and stored securely by Lantero. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity cannot be traced. The platform also allows you to communicate with investigators while maintaining your anonymity.
