Management changes at RaySearch

During the autumn, RaySearch has reorganized its Development Department to adapt the structure to the large expansion in the number of employees involved in development in recent years. As part of this reorganization, the previous Product Director Anders Murman has taken over as Director of Development and, consequently, assumed full responsibility for the daily development work. The former Director of Development Anders Liander will focus on more forward-looking development matters.

The management of the Finance Department will also change. The current CFO Ola Enarson will leave RaySearch to assume the position of CFO at Mantacore AB. He will be replaced by the current Director of Marketing Anders Martin-Löf, who will assume the CFO position in January 2009.

”The reorganization does not imply any major changes in our operations. We had almost outgrown the old structure in the Development Department so we have now have put a more distinct and effective organization in place. Both Anders Murman and Anders Martin-Löf are already members of the Executive Management Team and are fully familiar with the company so we retain continuity in operations. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Ola Enarson, who has been responsible for building up the finance function at RaySearch since our introduction on the stock exchange in 2003,” says Johan Löf, President of RaySearch.
