The Annual General Meeting of RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ), which was held on May 22, 2008, decided upon the distribution of a dividend of SEK 0.50 per share. The Board of Directors was authorized to determine a record date and a payment date for the dividend.
The Board of Directors has decided that the record date for the dividend is May, 27, 2008 and that the payment date for the dividend is May, 30, 2008.
