During Johan Löf’s December Christmas presentation, he introduced the concept of the “It’s Personal” employee collaboration; sharing his individual story about why the fight against cancer became personal for him.
Now we would like to invite you to share your own unique perspective about why the work you do at RaySearch is significant and meaningful to you. You may have worked in a clinical setting and experienced first-hand the strength and perseverance of patients receiving cancer treatments, and how important quality of care is to their outcomes. You or someone you love may have been affected by cancer, or perhaps you feel a strong sense of accomplishment knowing that your hard work and effort makes a difference in the lives of so many. Whatever your reason, we want to hear and share your story.
In conjunction with the World Cancer Day on 04 February, many of you shared personal posts on social media which included your portrait and a short message about your contributions to the fight against cancer. This will now be a new opportunity to share your story in a similar way, but on our website. There will be a page dedicated to “Why we do what we do” - showing a face, a name, and a testimony to the hardworking people behind our technology. Our collective sense of purpose is why our technology is so efficient, and everyone at RaySearch should be represented as an integral part of that effort.
