LIVER ABLATION

RaySearch takes another step forward in supporting a comprehensive cancer center by adding a Liver ablation module*.

This module will fully support the planning procedures for liver ablation, including tools such as automatic structure segmentation using deep learning, virtual applicator placement and estimation of the ablation zone. Applicator placement verification and post-treatment verification based on deformable registration will be supported as well.

All of these features are made possible by the seamless integration of the Liver ablation module into our treatment planning system.

SCIENCE SESSION AT RSNA

RaySearch would like to invite you to the interventional radiology session where Bruno C. Odisio from MD Anderson will present the latest results from the COVER-ALL study.

This randomized trial evaluates the use of a novel ablation confirmation (AC) method consisting of biomechanical deformable image registration (DIR) with AI-based autosegmentation and its impact on minimal ablative margins (MAM).

DEFORMABLE IMAGE REGISTRATION

The benefits of deformable image registration (DIR) in cancer care are significant, including enhanced image contouring, dose deformation, and adaptive planning.

RaySearch offers two DIR algorithms, giving clinicians high-level flexibility in managing image modalities and datasets of varying quality. DIR is integrated into our planning system, eliminating the need to transfer data between programs.

DEEP LEARNING SEGMENTATION
