The new functionality supports prior treatments with dose deformation and accumulation, allowing clinicians to evaluate and optimize cumulative dose distributions. Advanced radiobiological modeling is included through EQD2-based planning, with support for ROI-specific α/β ratios and optional tissue recovery factors.
RayStation v2026 strengthens its support for ion therapy, with several enhancements to both performance and workflow. PBS optimization now utilizes GPU acceleration, significantly improving computation speed and efficiency for complex ion plans. The release also includes plan generation protocols for PBS and extended support for proton and carbon ion systems.
