RayCare now supports seamless integration with Microsoft Word, allowing users to create patient-related documents using existing templates or from scratch directly within the patient chart. A new Word add-in enables dynamic references to RayCare data, allowing real-time updates and synchronization. This supports efficient documentation workflows, especially for medical oncology notes and clinical reports, while ensuring alignment with institutional standards for data exchange and document management.
The DMWL integration streamlines imaging workflows by enabling imaging devices to automatically retrieve patient and appointment information directly from RayCare. This eliminates redundant manual entry, significantly reduces risk of error, and frees up clinical staff to focus on patient care. Configurable appointment templates, AE-Titles, and device-specific modalities support scalable implementation across imaging systems.
