Project Manager

RaySearch is developing the next generation oncology information system to support improved cancer care. We are now looking for experienced project managers to coordinate and facilitate our customers’ clinical implementation of RayCare.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a brand new and highly advanced software that is pushing the frontier within cancer care. This is a full-time position based at our branch office in San Francisco. 

About the Position

As a project manager you will be responsible for planning, leading and organizing clinical implementation of RayCare. You will work closely with our international sales and service teams to ensure effective communication and project management from sale to installation. You will also interact directly with our customers to facilitate the collaboration between all parties involved in the implementation process, including coordination and scheduling of customer trainings. Further, you will be responsible for documentation and correct tracking of everything from contracts and customer agreements to project milestones and deadlines. Project anagers also coordinate customer trainings.

In order to be successful in this position you need to be very well-organized. You enjoy facing new challenges and have the ability to find structure in a highly dynamic environment. We also believe that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and that you thrive from providing excellent customer service, to customers and colleagues. You are capable of handling many requests and relations at once, and you have the ability to prioritize your work. You are used to working proactively and taking initiatives and you enjoy cross-functional collaboration and team work.

Qualifications & Experience

We would like to see that you have:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. university degree in relevant field
  • Experience from medical device industry, particularly the fields of oncology and radiotherapy
  • Project management experience of delivering software solutions within cancer care
  • Experience of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Experience of customer service and direct customer communication
  • Experience of managing resources, scheduling and time lines
  • Understanding and experience of clinical workflows
  • Understanding of software development and installation processes
