Application Specialist Benelux
We are now strengthening our RaySearch Benelux team through the recruitment of an Application Specialist for RayStation®. This fulltime position will be an addition to our existing RaySearch Benelux team of five people.
In this position you are expected to work from a home office based in the Benelux region with the main task of serving customers in the same region, with focus on Netherlands. In addition to travelling in the Benelux region you will also to travel to the RaySearch Laboratories headquarters in Stockholm on a regular basis.
The emphasis of this position will be on working with current and potential customers to introduce them to RayStation through demonstrations and training. The work also includes gathering and suggesting improvements of the product as well as solving problems, along with both users and the RaySearch Benelux service team. Application support is provided both at the client sites and remotely, and includes direct contact with our customers in the Benelux region.
An important part of this role will be to support new customers during the clinical implementation of RayStation. This process is the beginning of a long term relationship with the customer and highly important. Other tasks include handling support cases, collecting feedback from customers and demonstrating RayStation® onsite for prospective customers.
In addition to the role of supporting customers you will actively be involved in various projects and play a vital role in project management of the installed base in Benelux.

Education & Experience
We are looking for physicists with a practical understanding of radiation therapy and interaction of ionizing radiation with matter. You should have the relevant academic qualifications, some knowledge of linear accelerator physics and clinical experience from daily work at a radiation therapy clinic with treatment planning and quality assurance.
In addition to what has been mentioned above, a successful candidate should have skills and experiences with in the following areas:
- MSc in physics, engineering or equivalent, preferably within medical/radiation physic
- Sales and customer support, including both written and verbal direct customer communications
- Global case management systems
- Basic linac and dosimetry knowledge
- Clinical experience in radiation therapy is highly recommended
- Experience of education, training and project management is considered a merit
- Excellent language skills in Dutch, English and preferably French
