Role and responsibilities
This is a full-time temporary position to cover maternity leave. The appointment is for approximately one year, starting in April 2017. The role includes excellent staff benefits and worldwide travel opportunities.
You will be part of our in-house creative marketing team, with the mission to promote RaySearch’s product portfolio on the global market. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering and implementing communications in line with the brand and marketing plan. You will have a key role in strategy and execution of campaigns and new product launches across digital and print channels. You will also be involved in coordinating international tradeshows and events.
The role includes responsibility for coordinating marketing communications activities for both digital and print channels (media plan, social media, external website, SEO, email marketing, analytics from digital activities) and content coordination (sales presentations, whitepapers, brochures etc) as well as global and regional meetings and exhibitions, together with our event agency. You will keep track of budgets, ROI, lead-management process.

You are a self-starter with excellent organizational and project-management skills and an eye for details. You are also a great communicator, in both English and Swedish, with excellent teamworking skills and a positive mindset.
You collaborate, communicate and negotiate with ease, and you establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers. You are a hands-on doer, able to prioritize effectively and solve problems under pressure.
Education and skills
- Degree in Marketing or Business administration (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare/medtech sector (medium sized international company)
- Project and budget management
- Digital marketing
- Product launches
- Web and search optimization
- CRM SalesForce
- International event and congress management
- Legal and compliance awareness for the healthcare/medtech sector (Samverkansregler/Eucomed)
- CRM systems and tools (SalesForce, Pardot)
- MS Office, Adobe InDesign
