Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist
RaySearch is now looking for an experienced Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.

About the department & position
In this position you will be a part of a team of four HR professionals with the mission to develop, implement and manage high quality HR support to both the HQ in Stockholm and to RaySearch’s international subsidiaries in Europe, USA and Asia. As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist you will mainly, but not exclusively, be working hands on with all aspects of RaySearch’s talent acquisition in order to attract new top talents to RaySearch. In this role you will make use of your previous experiences in order to build new structures to support our managers throughout the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on “tech” recruitments for our development teams, but you will also be involved in sourcing and staffing for other departments. Further, this position offers an exciting opportunity to further build our employer brand, from strategy to connecting with talents. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the HR team and at times you will venture into other areas of the HR field.
You will be responsible for delivering in all aspects of RaySearch’s recruiting by developing talent acquisition plans, creative recruiting ideas and employer branding initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are attracting and hiring the best possible talent to RaySearch.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s University degree in relevant field, preferably in HR
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the software development industry
- Practical experience with Employer Branding
- Proven experience with candidate sourcing
- Experience in database management and record keeping
- Experience with social media in the aspect of recruiting
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Effective spoken and written communication skills in English and Swedish
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Knowledge of analyzing information skillfully
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of software industry and engineer/tech recruitment market
You are social and have the ability to quickly build rapport with people, are a natural sales person to prospected job candidates and work well together with a diversity of persons and departments in order to land the best possible talents.
You can prioritize with ease and maintain a flexible work schedule in order to travel for suitable recruitment meetings, college visits and career fairs.
You enjoy providing high quality service and building structure in order to make your work more efficient. You demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily expectations and maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
You like to work in a team but can manage your work independently with minimal supervision and are used to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
