RaySearch, world leaders in advanced software for radiation therapy, is now hiring a Receptionist/Office Assistant to the new office in central Stockholm. This is a perfect position for someone in the beginning of their professional life, looking for an opportunity to build experience and knowledge of service in a professional office environment.
Our office services team consists of three employees, one Office Manager and two Receptionists /Office Assistants. The reception is staffed between 8-17 weekdays and main work tasks include a combination of reception work, administration and office services:
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering calls and connecting calls within the organization
- Handling deliveries, post and incoming emails
- Ensuring that facilities and common office areas look presentable
- Preparing conference rooms, materials and food before meetings and trainings
- Set up breakfast and catered food, ensuring that the kitchen and pantries look presentable
- Internal office maintenance such as cleaning kitchen after breakfast and lunch, refilling coffee machines and fruit bowls, preparing seasonal celebrations etc.
- Assisting in event planning
- Ordering office supplies
- Administration - scanning, updating, filing, printing documents
- Booking travels and accommodations
Personal profile and experience
As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You are also a key person when it comes to creating a pleasant and stimulating work environment for our employees. Therefore we put great emphasis on personality in this recruitment.
We believe that you are motivated by providing excellent service in all situations. You are comfortable in a social role and always greet people with a smile! You are highly committed to your work and take on all tasks, from high to low, with the same engagement. Further, you pay attention to details, have the ability to see what needs to be done and enjoy taking initiatives to solve everyday problems. You are also flexible and can manage unforeseen events without losing focus on priorities.
Previous experience from working with service, hospitality or office administration is meriting, but most of all we are looking for someone with the right attitude who will contribute to the professional and positive work environment at RaySearch. Excellent written and spoken language skills in Swedish and English is required. Good knowledge of the Office suit is a prerequisite to succeed in this role.
